Thanks BigChef! The secret is that I am just like everybody else - Eating more quality food with some refresh meals in there, enjoy training like an animal with progressive principles while hitting muscles from all cylinders, sleep a bit more, and chilling out enjoying some summer rays with the wife, family, and friends!

Happy Father's Day to all you fathers out there, enjoy some BBQ or something along those lines, I will be grilling some nice steaks with the wife and family treating my dad to some grilling because he kicks my butt on the golf course!
