Hammer Machine

Rope Push downs

One hand reverse grip press downs

Cabe kickbacks

Had the energy to do cals and abs before and after, it was a solid workout. I keep wondering why I'm so sluggish forgetting that I'm on DNP, without the GW I probably wouldn't have been able to get through this past weeks workouts.
My body feels pretty beat up and I haven't had an off week in a long time, I'm taking a week off and only doing cardio. Let's see if the GW pushes me along....
