Been super burned out lately, going to run some GW-501516....

Hammer Machine

Pec deck

Rope Push downs
3x8
One hand reverse grip press downs
3x8
Cabe kickbacks
3x8

Had the energy to do cals and abs before and after, it was a solid workout. I keep wondering why I'm so sluggish forgetting that I'm on DNP, without the GW I probably wouldn't have been able to get through this past weeks workouts.

My body feels pretty beat up and I haven't had an off week in a long time, I'm taking a week off and only doing cardio. Let's see if the GW pushes me along....

Been doing cardio every day this week, like I said before I usually suffer and lose my mind on cardio machines but with Mike's GW the time just goes and you don't even realize it.

I'm kinda scared to be done and have to go back to regular cardio days....

I've had a really nice run with the GW and I've noticed fat loss with it as well, really happy with the results so far. Feeling a bit under the weather from the weekend but plan on hitting back and bi's soon I'll update after.
