Hi guys,
I'm 24 y/o, 5'10", 235 lbs, and bf % is pretty high right now...prob 11-12%. I trained hard throughout high school and early college but then basically stopped for stupid reasons like focusing on my grades and getting into grad school (sarcasm!)...in retrospect though I wish I'd kept training.
Anyways! I picked it back up full speed in September 2011, when I weighed only 170 lbs! I've always put on muscle quickly...I was at about 215 when I was 17 y/o. I'd like to do my first show in a year or so, but I know I need to pack on a lot more mass so I'm working on that!
I'd really appreciate your brutal honesty! I know I need to improve the hamstrings compared to my quads, as well as the upper chest and arms!
