Phil, can you please take a look at this if you get a chance.
Your Routine itself looks good but you need to hit the bodypart more often. You should have an A & B routine and alternate them M-W-F. You are not stimulating the muscle enough to get the growth you are after. Its ok to do low sets but you need to up your frequency. Hitting your arms would be ok once a wk but your larger bodyparts should be hit 2x a wk.
I would caution anyone to respond to this thread. If you guys look up Jake's past posts, hes had an onslaught of surgeries and injuries that can be made worse with some of the suggestions here. Sadly, Jake himself never realizes this and keeps asking the same questions over and over without taking into account his own history.

Why don't you try to help me than?

OK, I'm 30 years old and don't usually get into this type of thing but I feel the need to defend myself to aeliop. And Sesshomaru and RazorCuts can learn something from this too but the brunt of this is directed at aeliop.Yes, I am glad someone else has realized this. I tried to make this point in one of Jake's earlier "cries for help" posts, I think one about what was the best Viagra or something. I think the Jake poster has some mental issues (not saying that to be mean or hateful) I think if you do a search of all of his started threads................here I will do it for you

It is quite evident that if he is real he is at the very least a hypochondriac or he is just a button pusher that is trying to post stupid crap over and over that waste the time of members here on the board. (ie Oldlifter,SactoSD, MrCyp,..etc.) I urg everyone here to search the posts of are own "raging bull" Jake Lamotta and tell me this is a normal member with normal motives.

One, aeliop, you're very disrespectful. That's funny? I thought we were all on this board to help one another. I don't recall ever insulting you on this board.
Two, you have no idea what I've been through in my life the last few years. I won't get into all that (because it's none of your business) but I will get into my surgery history (briefly): I've had 9 surgeries all together (by 4 different docs) since April of 2006. That's right son, you read that right. 9 surgeries all together. 7 shoulder ones, 1 pectoralis one, and 1 hernia one. Even after that, I'm still hitting the weights, hitting the heavy bag, and taking people down when I have to (don't enjoy doing that but it's part of my career...and no I'm not a bouncer). My last doctor said he's never seen a recovery like mine. I made my rehab an OBSESSION. aeliop, do you think you would even be able to TRAIN after having 9 surgeries, let alone step on stage (even with taking HGH)? I think not my friend. And I recovered WITHOUT HGH. Trust me, if you had all the injuries I had, you'd be a "hypochondriac" too.
Three, I did ask about ED drugs. Ask anyone here who has been to a urologist or endocrinologist regarding TRT and they can tell you how clueless they are. I finally met a great doctor who specializes in TRT and guess what? I don't even need ED drugs because I'm on TRT and I'm taking Arimidex to control my high estrogen (which was causing the ED). Now my cock is harder than ever. Now I actually have problems getting hard too often (I'm being dead serious here). Needless to say, I'm never lonely on Friday or Saturday nights.
Four, as far as asking numerous questions about my routine, that's because I'm trying to do things right and not just what I see in Flex magazine like some skinny 17 year old. I'm not just "looking for that magic routine or supplement". For those like Maldorf and a few others who gave helpful suggestions, I appreciate it. I have asked questions in nothing but a respectful manner.
Finally, aeliop, I've seen your videos. You have a great physique and are very strong. No doubting that. Why do you feel the need to knock others when you look like you do and are as strong as you are? No need for that. And before you say something typical like "post a pic", no need for that because I'm admitting you look better. Which reminds me, when I was younger I was an amateur boxer...and before anyone asks, no I wasn't a good boxer, too much partying and women to concentrate on my so-called 'career'. I had talent (my former coaches would tell you that). I regret not taking it more seriously. My career amounted to zero. But that's life. Anyway, some of the older guys who were 'gym rats' (guys who never fought but liked to look like tough guys beating up new young kids in sparring) would aggravate me sometimes. They would get in the ring and spar with new kids (us in the fight game call them 'green') and beat the shit out of them. Instead of working with them and taking it easy (like a mature adult would do), they would tee off on them. The tables turned however when these jerk offs got in the ring with a REAL pro. The pro would beat the holy hell out of them. They sent them packing. They looked like fools and bullies who were than humiliated. I've seen it happen more than once. I've had my ass kicked a lot (and kicked a lot of ass I might add) but whenever I got in the ring with a green kid I NEVER took advantage of them. NEVER.
But that's what you seem to be doing here (in this context). I don't know if your showing off or trying to impress people or not. Whatever the case (and I honestly don't care), it's not necessary and it's childish.
Grow up.

Jake Lamotta and tell me this is a normal member with normal motives.
I have known Jake for a few years now via the internet and have had many hour long conversations on the phone with him as well. I don't know what a "normal" member is because none of our members are normal, me included . However, in terms of motives I can guarantee that his motives are genuine and that he has a good heart. Is he OCD, yes, and I have told him that many times and he is aware of it. He has also had very bad luck and some very bad doctors in the past that have contributed to his problems. He is just trying to get things going again and trying to live a normal life that he has not been able to do for a long time due to injuries. He means no harm or ill will and is just trying to learn but at the same time is perfectionistic and OCD so it can come across a little wierd at times.
