Hello to everything I come to introduce myself quickly even if I already

First of all I am french I hope that the translation will do well so

I am currently preparing for a competition in France


I will compete in junior body or first step
My goal is to later do physical classic on bigger competitions for example npc

So it's now been 7 weeks since I started my preparation and I still have 7 weeks left

Masteron 800mg
Tren a 800mg

Eca 2 weeks on 2 weeks off

I was followed by a preparer but I realized that the dry was much too low in terms of carbohydrate

2100 kcal
The same diet for 6 weeks

The same plan

Cardio 4 times week 1h
I end up with too few calories I oense

Can you help me I would like to continue my preparation alone I have 7 weeks left before the competition

According to me, you have far too little kcal. I can see that there is a huge tendency to starve diet during preparation and it should not be like this
