cosmetic peptide-matrixyl

This is what has me the most intrigued about GW. I am good on GH for a while, but after that, I will have to start paying for my GH, which is not something I am looking forward to. Like many peole, the two primary reasons I use GH is because of its effects on bodyfat...and its ability to increase muscle fullness.

If I can replace or improve upon GH's fat loss effects by using GW at a fraction of the cost...and then use the much cheaper GH peps to replace the loss in fullness witnessed when dropping the GH, I would much rather just use a combo of GW and GH peps instead lf spending more cash on GH for less results.

I have read where you've mentioned GW's affect on appetite. How do you feel it affected you in that regard? My appetite is not the best, so I really like the appetite stimulating effects of GHRP-6 & 2. If GW caused significant suppression it would be a negative characteristic for me at this time...unless I could reverse it with GHRP-6 use.

What's your opinion on this, John, now that you've used both GW and GH peps?

I am currently using GW 1516 and GH together. Also use MK 677. I use a minimal amount of GH (2iu/d) and MK 677 (25mg/d). I don't get any effect on appetite with GW 1516. As my wife notice that is using the GW, she sweats more and can smell fatty acids in her urine. I notice the same thing. I also notice that in am slightly more intense in the gym with the GW added and seem to recover slightly quicker.

The MK 677 with the GH enables me to greatly lower effective GH dose. WIth the combination I am using, have carpal tunnel pains in both wrists within day of starting the combination. I also get much fuller pumps and have much more DOMS the next 1-2 days after training. Not too sure if the GW has caused any muscle fullness as I also use insulin pre/post.

SOrry if the direction of this thread got changed.

Matrixyl is used in some VERY expensive facial creams (Matrixyl 3000) and has been show to actually work. Snap 8 is more like botox and is effective injected but is also use effectively in facial creams.

I have been making a facial cream for a few years now with Matrixyl and a few peptides. It cost about $50 to make a few ounces but has work well with my wife. She has actually gotten rid of some minor cellulite on the legs. I do also include EGF, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-3, and Snap 8. Plus, the addition of retinoids and DHEA. I know lots of women who swear by this formula.
Any truth to co-q10 in those creams? Or just a waste of money. I've looked around for a buddies wife and noticed some use it....?

Here's some injection sites from Botox website for crow's feet and "11s".

I tried adding SNAP8 to a facial cream and it did seem to help, but like Juan said, it took a good month.

Not sure I want to stab my forehead a bunch of times, though. How often would you need to do it?

It lasts a few months, maybe 3-4 but over time the muscles weaken.

So you would want to take a break after 90-120days? If so, for how long?

No, you don't need to take a break.

Injections are just every few months so the lines don't return.

After a while, you might be cured and just forget about it until they come back.

Awesome sounds great. So just to recap because I delete a lot of my messages to keep my inbox open, we are talking snap 8 here correct? Or matraxyl?
And safe/starter dosage? And how much bact (assuming it takes bact water? Or saline? Or igf like protocol?) would you use to reconstitute? I assume as little as possible so you don't have to put a lot of liquid in your forehead, lol. Thx for all your help! I think my father and I will really enjoy researching on each of our wistar rats ;-) . Take care brother, and happy new years!

@johnjuanb1 The thread about Snap-8 seems to be a dead link. Will you please provide the direct link?

Matrixyl appears to have the same wrinkle smoothing action of SNAP-8, but with the additional of increase collagen production, and hyaluronic acid synthesis. This product looks about as close to BOTOX as a peptide can get. Here is a summary of its actions:

Matrixyl is the trademark name for palmitoyl pentapeptide-3, one of
the powerful peptide molecules found in the latest generation of
high-end anti wrinkle skin care products. This breakthrough ingredient
stimulates collagen production in the skin and can even give BOTOX[emoji768]
injections a run for their money in the anti wrinkle department.
Matryxil becomes even more effective when combined with other
peptides.

What is Matrixyl?

Matrixyl is a lipopeptide, a fatty acid mixed with amino acids. It is
also considered to be a synthetic isomer (an isomer is a molecule that
has an identical structure to another molecule but different atomic
components). The active element in Matrixyl is called Micro-collagen -
another peptide.

What does Matrixyl do?

Matrixyl was discovered through two branches of dermatological
research: the search for substances that accelerate healing skin
wounds and the study of what causes wrinkles. Similarly to copper
peptides, Matrixyl stimulates the lower layers of the skin to heal
themselves, thus accelerating the healing of wounds. Cells called
fibroblasts are responsible for knitting together wounds of the skin.
As you may know, as one ages wounds take longer to heal. This is
partially because fibroblasts slowly lose the capacity for collagen
production.

Matrixyl stimulates the "matrix" layers in the skin -- primarily
collagen and fibronectin. When stimulated, the skin produces more
collagen. Loss of collagen is what leads to thinning skin and the
wrinkling of newly inelastic skin. Matrixyl helps to counteract this
natural part of the aging process.

Is Matrixyl (palmitoyl pentapeptide-3) an effective anti wrinkle product?

Yes. In clinical studies, Matrixyl was shown to:

* increase overall collagen synthesis by up to 117%
* increase collagen IV synthesis by up to 327%
* increase hyaluronic acid synthesis by up to 267%

Deep wrinkles were reduced by half. Smaller wrinkles and fine lines
sometimes faded completely away. And what's even better, every
participant in the study showed noticeable improvement within two
weeks. The result was fewer wrinkles and younger-looking skin.

There are very few ingredients that show more promise and greater
effectiveness than Matrixyl.
What is the molecular weight of the molecule? As you know a weight of more than 500 daltons won't penetrate the skin.
Were the studies done in vitro?

Dosing and protocol should be exactly the same as descibed in my SNAP-8 thread. Go to my profile and you can pull up the SNAP-8 thread I made.

Dear JohnHuanb1: I am writing to you in regards your thread about Matrixyl from 06/16/2012 [http://www.professionalmuscle.com/f...factors/89434-cosmetic-peptide-matrixyl.html]
I am looking for dosage information of Matrixyl.
You wrote in your thread mentioned above that dosage of Matrixyl is the same as of SNAP-8 and you sent users to your thread but I can't find the thread in your profile.
I want to ask you for favor and provide me the link to the thread about dosage of SNAP-8 or please tell me about dosage of Matrixyl. I am about to buy 10mg vial of Matrixyl. What is the dosage and info on reconstituting the peptide for reducing wrinkles under eyes and on the forehead?
THANK YOU in advance for your attention to my very urgent questions!
