If HGH has been left outside of the fridge by accident for 4 weeks, is it still as effective?

If it has been mixed already no its not okay. 4 weeks in room temp not mixed you will be fine.

From what I've read, up to 4 weeks in room temp is fine. It can degrade after. You have gh like seros which specifically state to keep in room temp even when it's unreconstituted.
