Thanks for all the feedback everyone...I am just gonna chill, and put some work in for next years USA, stay in decent shape (hopefully) and work extra hard on my weak points traps, delts, chest, and abs!!! USA was not even on my list this year, but after I re-qualified at The NPC California State, I said screw it and prepped for it anyways...

My coach knows his stuff!!! He got me down to make weight, and urged me to eat and eat and eat to fill out, but I couldn't!!! I was really depleted, and couldn't force myself to eat!!!
