I'm going to utilize GH for the first time.......at 57 yoa my goal is just to get a little younger! LOL
I'm planning on using 2 iu's a day, probably 6 days a week if not 7.

I work out in the morning about 90 minutes after I wake up so am looking for advise on dose timing.
At night?
Pre-workout?
Post workout?

If you care about your insulin sensitivity (which you definitely should) I would not push it to 7 days or even 6 I would do either:
one day on one day off
two days on one day off
or
5 days on two days off

2iu / day will have no effect on insulin sensitivity. I take 3-4iu every day all year round and the sugar level is perfect .... it is much better to give low carbs a few days a week than to think how many times to give 2iu GH. this is a very low dose.

That may be your individual response but what you are saying is definitely untrue. When you or anyone injects gh they are insulin resistant for a few hours following administration...

Conclusions:
Very-low-dose GH exposure evokes acute insulin resistance that subsides after 5 h. This time-dependent reversibility should be considered when assessing the impact of GH on glucose homeostasis.

To burn fat use fasted in the morning before fasted cardio , and use 2 to 4 ius ED . To build muscle use post workout 8ius 3x week
 
First times are always a little inexperienced. you just have to pay attention to it, where you can best learn how to use it. Or you have to pay attention to whether it's a quality and real product. after all, no one wants to put things under the stairs in their body.

Brother 8ius 3x week is less than 4ius day , so is not a huge dosage , i just use this method to kick IGF post workout
 
Yes to burn fat nothing beats take when wake up intramuscular for quick absortion and do fasted cardio for 30 to 60 min , then take forst meal only protein ( no carbs and no fats ) to keep burning mode active .

Sure you could, I’ve never used CJC but I stacked iPam with my GH and saw very good results with it. I would do run the GH in the morning and the peptides before bed, it definitely made a difference.
 
Good morning y’all, I’m thinking about starting hgh but I’m worried about the rise of glucose. I’m not a type 1 or type 2 diabetic I’m a hybrid. Fasting insulin test was 12.7 . 12.6 is the lowest on the lab scale. So I’m not producing enough insulin. I’m on 60 ius of long acting and 10 iu’s per meals 3 times daily. It’s working so good that I have to utilize 100 grams of karbolyn per workout. Saying all that still worried about getting high glucose. I’m on 500 test cyp and 250 deca a week. I didn’t start fully getting the effects of my workouts til insulin was introduced. Just trying to get y’all’s opinion on introducing hgh into my body and it effecting my glucose. Thank You in advance to all of your opinions
 
7 days a week and 2iu is therapeutic. Meaning it will effect values but not much composition changes. Well that’s what I see and feel. Start around there and work up to at least 4iu. Am fasted for fat loss. I like 3 days a week higher dose (but same weekly dose) for more mass gain post workout.
