So for optimum use:

eod 2iu's every 3 hrs.
With t4 that dosage could be upped to maybe 3 to 3.5 iu's per serving.

One question how many hours before bed should your last injection be so as not to interfere with natural production?

I am taking 10iu post training without the slin or igf. I am running a good diet / training / Test based cycle. I understand R-Alpha Lipoic Acid can mimic the effects of Insulin and can be used as a substitute.

Does anybody know the best way to take this ??

Rala isnt gonna do a whole lot, but it will help fill yah out a little more. Its also a powerful antioxidant which helps. I suggest around 200-300mg depending on how many carbs are in your post workout drink.

another substitue to slin would be glucophage. But again, the results will not be like slin.

What brand hgh are you using ? I have been using somas for 3 months now.started with 2 ius and worked my way up to 4ius.5 on 2 off.I am not seeing any fatloss what so ever.i am actually putting weight on.I also just added t3 and t4.I had my doctor do my bloodwork.my igf level came back in normal range of 175.so what does that mean,is the hgh no good or do i need a higher dose to lean out?
My primary goal is fatloss
 
IGF levels wont always be higher while on GH. I had bloodwork done about 1hr after taking 2iu's and it came back high. Around 485 but that was still only like 80points higher than normal. Then I had bloodwork done again about 6hours after a 2iu shot and my range was around 300.
 
As far as EOD use for lean mass gains and fat loss-I know NO gurus reccomending it, not Big A, Gavin, Anthony Roberts No one.
Most of the studies shown above were on children.

Cant blame it all on HGH. Gotta look at your diet, workouts, etc. Cant just sit on the couch, drink beer all day, inject hGH and expect a miracle. Not saying that you do that.

Nobody seems to have the answer as to if the natural hGH production is negated by the use of synthetic hGH. If you assume there is a negative feedback toward natural production, then you can take a dose before bedtime. As with steroids or taking T3 or T4 there would be a negative feedback and then returned to normal. I would assume it would be same for hGH. 2iu's every 3hrs, that would add up to 10iu/day/EOD. How long are you planning on running? And what else are you throwing into the mix?

Would i take this with my waxy maise which is 20 mins after my gh ????
