Well that is hard to quantify. I wouldn't expect "gains" from peptides outside of a slight recomp effect and improved recovery. I do notice some modest strength and stamina increases. Honestly the ghrps are best when used in conjunction with a ghrh.

I prefer Mod GRF (1-29). I don't beleive desensitization occurs at sensible dosages (100mcg x 3). I could be wrong. There are others here who are much more knowledgable than I. You should do some searching and reading. You can probably find answers to all your questions many times over. This board is a Great resource

Maybe look into mucuna pruriens. I take 1200 mg eod before bed, empty stomach. Maybe a glucose disposal agent before bed with peps as well. You'll have to do some research

Any of the sponsors are good to go. I think you could see some benefit from ghrp2 alone. I would not expect too much.
