You really should research. Read as much as possible to become better informed. If you take GH before or with GHRP-6, it will inhibit your natural GH spike brought on by the peptide. The only way to dose rHGH with peptides is to dose it 10-15 minutes AFTER you pin your GHRP. The idea is to introduce the exogenous GH WHILE your endo GH spike is still occurring; then and only then will the two become synergistic

If it is the 5mg GHRP-6 I use 2.5ml's.
So .5iu's = 125mcg's, or 1iu = 250mcg's
