Hello I've done my due diligence and know fat loss is strongly related to diet and cardio, but I'm compound completely free and doing steady cardio along with training and am curious to which brand or type of green tea aids even a little in fat loss.
In my opinion...green tea is green tea regardless of what brand you are using...the only thing that is different is the taste. There are 100's of brand names out there but the benefits are all the same. I use Lipton or Celestial decaf tea bags and the flavor is OK. I drink 2 cups a day for my health reasons for heart disease, lowering LDL cholesterol and diabetes plus the antioxidants (now is 2 cups enough for all this??). Now for weight loss you will probably need to drink anywhere from 3-5 cups a day??. There is alot of good info out there so read up on it. Hopefully this helps out.
