GW-501516 help for endurance

hey guys, just wanting to get your opinions on GW-501516. I am needing a little more pep in my step for endurance.
I know some of you have been talking about using fructose mainly for carbs instead of starches. Is there a reason behind this? or is this a personal preference? I am not really worried about the fat loss properties of this peptide, I am wanting to get the most out of the endurance properties of it. I plan on starting low at 2.5mg.
Any other advice or experiences that you may be able to swing my way would be great! thanks.

Ive been running GW for around 8 weeks now at 10mg a day the endurance increase was really noticeable around the 3rd n 4th week. Have been doing two hours sessions on the bike Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday and two two hour sessions Tuesday and Thursday. I keep the speed around 20mph and have zero muscle burn doing so have never been able to keep this kind of speed up before.

I feel it has also been helping recovery after lifting can do heavy weights session in the morning and once ive showered and eaten i'm ready to go again as if i haven't been lifting at all.

My diet has been low carb under 30g a day with one re-carb day on Saturday. Have ran this diet before and it has always worked great for fat loss but my energy and endurance plummets but the GW seems to managing to improve it which is very impressive.

Been on it a few weeks at 2.5mg. Have noticed some benefits with endurance certainly, but I can't pinpoint any noticeable fat loss to date. Placebo effect if anything.

GW at 5mg is excellent for endurance. I truly love this stuff.

GW won't give you any pep per se but it will increase your endurance. It doesn't wire me out or anything. It's just one of those things that you can't feel working but you can tell is working.

The only pep you'll get and burn you'll feel from it is when you squirt that shit in your mouth. Just don't go straight to the back of the throat with it.

Stuff will definitely put some hair on your chest...
