ive been doing the 3x10 and i gotta say there is some good mass results. i woudl try it and see how yoru body responds.

So u do the 10iu 3 times a week, how long have u been doing that? I've be Doing 5x and only for about a week

ive been doing it for 2 months i believe. I can't remember exactly when i started it. I even went to 4 times a week but started to hold more water and decided 3x would be fine. gonna go 2 more weeks then do 5iu m-f am shots. just to try and start shedding a little more fat from my midsection.
