HGH and COLD hands>?

i find that im in gym sweatin my ass off and my hands are cold as ice? is that a effect from rips? or ass? even when not in gym its 95 degrees outside my bodys hot, and my hands are cold? what gives?

2 thinks, it could be your perception. You would need some special spot thermometer to know for sure. Could just be that tingling feeling manifesting like cold in your perception.

In the gym, I notice grabbing the cold metal bars keeps my hands a little cooler. Not to the level it sounds like for you.

If your hands are in fact cold, its a circulation issue. Get it checked if you feel its significant.

yea there cold for sure, i placed them on my stomach today to try and heat em up...and i wear gloves to????great freakin gettin old sux>>37:banghead:

and its not the hands really more the fingers, whole fingers, weird shit, just thought cause hgh cause cts, wich is a circulatory issue it might of been related..

i do, problem is its at effen' 3am to 5 am when i wake to pee, i get ravenous cravings,, still holdin the 6pack tho..love them rips!

if your hands or wrists have any GH related swelling to them, it certainly can be the cause. it can be from either a reduced bloodflow of both arteries than run through the wrist OR pressure pushing on both nerves that run through the wrist through to the fingers.

do you notice any fingers worse than others? like your thumb indexc and middle finger better or worse than the last two? that would be a sign of a potential nerve compression. if it equal, more of a sign of blood flow. numbness wont neccessarily accompany either of them, but can if it worsens.

take an overall evaluation of who much water you are holding. If I were to guess, thats where i would start.
