been having great results with 10iu slin pre workout, was thinking about adding hgh pre workout as well but have been reading it could be the fast way to diabetes any experienced users care to share any info on their protocols?
I like 10 iu rips, then 6 iu humalog 15 mins later pre workout. Have a pre and intra shake and a few bananas and oats after with a couple of chicken breast and scoop of whey. In the middle of the week when not training I fast for 24 hours and go 0 carb for 12 hours hours either side of fast to give me 48 hours of 0 carbs . I'm only using the gh and slin 4x a week but have maintained exelent insulin sensitivity with this approach. Makes the slin work better and keeps some fat off to boot. In fact if anything I've lost a tiny bit of fat and I started real lean. Gained some good size and strength too.
Tbh the whole hgh, slin synergy thing has blown me away. 2 weeks in people in gym were saying whoa, your using too much ha ha good times. The trens helping too
