It's weird. Over the years of AAS and HGH use I have definitely felt as though my facial structure has changed, but to be honest I started at a pretty young age.

I started using AAS at 18 years old, and when I look at the pictures of me then vs now, I see a huge difference... but as someone else pointed out - Did I really expect my facial structure to stay the same after all these years?

I think there may be some users that are prone to Acromegaly like side effects, where their forehead, jaw, and cheekbones may grow, but for the most part I think that people just age and mature.

I will say that I have a friend who runs some pretty heavy cycles and I noticed a change in his facial structure, but it may have been due to the reduction in bodyfat.

One thing that does stand out however is that this friend of mine could never grow facial hair. His father had none, his older brother had none, and neither did he. After a few heavy cycles of test and tren, he has a full on beard. I asked him about this and he said that about two weeks in running tren ace he broke out with acne really bad on his face, and by the end of the cycle the acne was gone and he had some serious facial hair!

Skin

For me the skin rejuvenation is real. I haven't noticed much in terms of facial changes but my skin is always glowing on GH.

It's with the cheek bones. Like Dave Polumbo's face.
I used to work in gay community and would see many people using a lot of HGH for whatever reason and they
would have this same face.

They once did a study about homosexuality and facial structure. The conclusion is that there is a certain shape associated with a higher probability of homosexuality. That shape reminded me of "GH face."
I have nothing else to say about the matter
