seriously, ur going to start preaching oral frag from reading a single study? I would wait and see how many bros get results doing this before i wasted a mg of it. Take 500mcg 30-60 minutes pre cardio fasted, and fast for 2 hours after and smile in the mirror at the change next week.

everything I am reading is definitly pointing to this frag being best utilized while fasting...leading me to believe that admin can be done pre-bed in conjunction with either your Ipa/GHRP6...allowing for 6-8 hours of fasting, once you wake, admin again do your cardio and not eat for another 2 hours after - giving you almost 10 hours of fasting.

Actually not a bad idea. I may incorporate this into my program a little bit later in the diet!
