Hey guys,
I have a 24 year old kid I train with occasionally that came to me seeking advice on gh for training recovery. He knows I have firsthand experience with it, but not at that age or at his training level. The guy trains fulltime doing multiple workouts per day for long distances. His body and joints aren't keeping up with him or so he says. He is a professional athlete and wants to jump in with the big names in a year or two.
Seeing as he is just looking for training recovery and possibly joint/tendon strengthening, I recommended 4ius/day of quality gh. What do you guys think? Will he see a recovery benefit at his age?
Cheers
