How to properly thaw DAC

So I've been storing my dac in the freezer as I've been recommended to by many members here. Once I want to start using it, how am I supposed to properly thaw them? Do I just take one vial out and then put it in the fridge and then wait a day or something to reconstitute it and use it? Or do I leave it out in room temperature for a few hours before reconstituting it and then once its room temperature and reconstituted put it in the fridge? Sorry if this answer is somewhere obvious lol.

Also, as far as dosing cjc with dac and mk-677, do you have to dose it the same way you would with ghrps and cjc no dac? What I mean is do you have to make sure you haven't eaten within 2-3 hours of taking it for it to work properly? And if you decide to eat after taking it do you have to wait the 20-30 minutes after taking it to eat as well?

I never freeze my peps. But you are best putting it in the fridge and leaving it for a day or so. Don't leave it out at room temperature... let it defrost slowly.

You don't need to worry about food timing with cjc-dac and mk-677. If you can though have it in between meals.

There is no thawing it. The powder doesn't freeze. Thawing would mean that there is moisture in the vial which should not be the case until reconstitution.

I store mine in the freezer. I just pull them out, reconstitute, and use. It comes down to room temp pretty quickly especially since the bac water is at room temperature.

I put mine in the microwave on defrost for 8 minutes. J/K I do the same as Rambo here. I take it out and reconstitute it. Both ways work fine I'm sure.
