Sounds like a nice recipe. You should open up an ice cream kiosk. But instead of chocolate sprinkles you just offer a sprinkling of different colored naps. Or maybe almonds for those healthy people.

I had this as well a while back. Tastes awesome. I used this shit from Breyers that no sugar added, i think double churned. They make a few but this one only comes in peanutbutter tracks, butterscotch praile and double choc. The double choc is the best one for you. Only has a few grams of fat and maybe 4carbs per serving. Tastes awesome, great with lba's ontop.
