saturation dose for the ghrp2... 1mcg/kg bodyweight, 2x or 3x day works great solo
or sky is the limit with ipa with finding your sweet spot.. can double/triple the dose with same frequency of try the boom dosing of 500mcg+ (ie 750mcg,1mg, 1.5mg) prebed or multiple times a day..
Im currently experimenting with 250mcg/daily prebed of the ghrp2 with boom dosing of the ipa 1mg/day prebed 2x/wk, its a modest dose compared to a few other straping lads here on the board currently trying out the boom protocol but I am going into my 3rd week after being peptide free for a couple months and after the first wk I already had appearance of fuller muscles and more lean... and my right tri that had a torn/ruptured tendon is probably 90% recovered... If only i had the cash to throw hgh in the mix, but for the time being I am on the poor mans hgh plan and still happy as shit with progress..
