Thank you! I used to compete when I was 18-22 years old then some unfortunate things happened and I had to step away from competing cause I could no longer afford it. Now 10 years later I'm back up on stage with the help of Matt Porter and feels so good to be back up their

Thanks for the kind words. I'm 5'9 an 199lb in those pics. Yeah I know about the gyno issue. I plan on getting it removed but I don't have 7k extra laying around ti have them removed. Sad thing majority of it came from pro hormones lol

Bout to start putting on weight again before my show next year. Hoping to add more quad sweep, more roundness to my delts

I used Letro for both shows. Mostly .5mg every day then the week of the show I stepped it up to the full 2.5mg every day. My left side went down really well but didnt really phase the right side lol.

To answer ur question no I haven't run it at 2.5mg for a long time
