L-Leucine reconstitution ...

Hello Everyone, I just received 50 ML Vial of L-Leucine and need reconstitution advise (got bw), I'm 126 pounds, 5'1, female. I'm working out and need to add this. Appreciate anyone's help and advise. Thanks! :ort-smi

I hope yours reconstitues better than what I have. The crystals don't really break down, they just stay suspended. Doesn't look right to me, but was told that's how it is by the company I got it from. Not sure I can bring myself to use it.

Assuming you are taking or going to take PWO, how much are you planning on using each day?
did you get any recommendations from the supplier?
