Hello, like many folks I have been reading people's posts trying to figure out if my question is appropriate and if fits best into the beginner or female forum, anyway I decided on female forum. I am a pretty active 31 year old female and I am very interested in getting started in fitness or figure training. I love going to the gym and lifting however I am also an amateur endurance athlete. I run 5ks, 10ks, I have a marathon in October and a few sprint and Olympic distance triathlons over the summer. So, to get at my question… I am interested in anyone’s perspectives/recommendations/ideas on how you balance weightlifting and endurance sports (nutrition, building muscle mass with so much cardio, etc.) Thanks!
