Maybe one day in bodybuilding gyno will be an accepted thing of beauty. And lactating nipples will be the cherry on top. Maybe there could be a new division called Gyno Physique.

I would go pull bloods in my own experience that has been do to prolactin. Why you would be producing enough prolactin to cause gyno on the little gear that you are on is a mystery but only blood work will give you a solid answer.

Well, when I lower my AI I get irritation with my nips. When I up it then it goes away, so I'm pretty sure it's estrogen. Unless AI's do something to prolactin I'm unaware of.

Yep there is, E2 is a cobinding factor for I believe both the prolactin and progesterone receptor if I remember right.

Trying to get the AI dosage just right on these super low-dose "cruising" cycles is almost impossible, I would suggest just nolvadex maybe or nolva as needed and no AI, or doing a lower, 70-100mg trt dose, or going off between cycles.

Ok. Good to know. Any links or articles you can point me to regarding this prolactin correlation? I'll probably go to a 120 dose then lower it until AI isn't needed.

The PR is a member of the steroid hormone receptor subgroup of ligand-activated transcription factors within the large nuclear receptor superfamily, and is an important down-stream effector of estrogen-receptor (ER) signaling; in most circumstances, estrogen is required for robust PR expression.

You'll have to keep digging to find a direct connection between prolactin, not progesterone but they interact in many ways.

Also, estradiol drives increased prolactin AND prolactin will increase aromatase activity.
