DB Bench: 30x15, 50x15, 60x10, 80x10, 100x10x3, drop set 75x6, 50x7
Hammer strength decline; 3 sets very light
Cable Crossovers; 3 sets light
Bi/Tri superset, 3 sets.
Overall I felt pretty good after the strongman work on Saturday. Woke up on Sunday and felt TERRIBLE, but after I got up and moving things got better.
DB Bench felt strong today, I was blowing through the 100's. I am in week 3 of trying GHRP6 for the first time. Think it may finally be hitting a bit?
