Melatonin + Arginine to Stimulate Peptide GH Release

Currently, I'm taking 100mcg ipa + 100mcg cjc-1295 twice a day AM and PM. I'm taking 9mg melatonin and 3g L-Arginine before my PM/bedtime dose of the peps.

Does this seem like an ok strategy? Thoughts, opinions?

I've done some research, but I'm thinking I need to increase the amount of arginine by 3x or 4x to get a better GH response.

i can be totally incorrect here

melatonin= better nightime pulse(sleeping hormone correlated to natural nightime gh release)
arginine= improves amplified release from a ghrp

I always thought arginine had to be dose between 20-30g to have an effect on GH release.

I hope theres some truth to this- i alway do 10mg melatonin before bed purely as i do sleep better for it
