I am extremely immature - so emotionally I am no older than I was in 93!! I think that I have the secret to longevity.. It doesn't help in relationships with women - but you cant have everything.

It really is crazy.. I can remember like it was yesterday - being in my early 20's in the gym. Listening to all the "old" guys in their 40's and 50's and thinking that I would NEVER be that damn old... I was as hard headed as the kids today are - but back then there wasn't the same amount of information literally at the touch of a button like there is today. I actually thank God that there was not the accessibility of AAS back then like today. I have a feeling there will be ALOT of this younger generation suffering from the excesses of today.

As people age their skin gets thinner and they lose sub cutaneous fat in certain places such as their face,neck and back of hands for example.Skin loses it shine ,smoothness and plumpness(youthfulness).

So at this point women start getting stuff done to try and counter this such as cheek implants,lip injections.face lifts etc.. and it very much changes their appearance,for the better? well,thats debatable.

also Add in Monica is very very lean these days on top of the above.

Sad to hear her thought of as "gross" as she was beautiful and had a great body

She is beautiful in person... Met her at the Muscle Media 2000 conf in Vegas like 20 years ago, lol. I, along with 300 other guys were hitting on her. I think she worked the Metrx booth.. Idk, can recall.. Lots of partying that weekend and since.......

Was an awesome weekend though.. Dan Duchaine, Mike Metgzer and his one set to failure theory... Met some really cool people.

Edit: Diminutive in person, but darn she was shiny! Less "business woman" I guess earlier in her career. Seemed sweet. I am sure she also remembers me just as clearly. LOL

Throughout the 90's (and some in the early 2000's), she was about as popular as any female (and most men) i've ever seen in this lifestyle. She was absolutley gorgeous back in the 90's....i'm sure she still is. This thread has took many turns, and I can't share anything personal as I don't know her....but she was all anybody talked about back in the day-90's.

Those weren't real good pictures of her, the pics on her site make her look at bit better. I have to admit though that she looks a lot older than me in some of those pictures and she is my age. I think all of the sun and tanning really ages the skin bad. I used to worship the sun a lot but haven't now for the past 10 yrs or so. There is a price to pay when you get older for what we do when we are much younger. IMO the plastic surgery she had made her look older and not younger.
