My Transformation

16 week diet. Before and after.
Damn, I was fat.

Here is what I looked like 3 days out. I know i should have been leaner at this point, but I came down so far. I let myself get too out of shape. I needed more time to diet. Oh well, live and learn.

Thanks for the responses guys. As far as my diet goes, I did exactly what Troponin told me to do. I supplemented with just basic stuff, nothing fancy.
I am fairly sure that I am going to do my state show about 9.5 weeks from today. Hopefully, I will come in a little bit tighter, sharper.
