Hey guys,
I decided to see what I would look like really lean and the Branch warren is 7 weeks away from saturday. Im doing a sort of trial run.
I started Carb cycling this week.1 low 1 high right now, my plan is to add more low carb days based on leanness (no calorie deficit yet). Im trying to keep it super simple. The main thing is I Replaced oat/carb + protein shakes with coconut oil + protein on low carb days + started AM fasted cardio(BCAA+ compete(2scoops).
also started doing AM cardio for 30 minutes 4x/week and 1 of those days I do hiit for 15 minutes. Weights in PM.

Thoughts? advice? opinions?
Also, How does one decide what kind of suit is best and where to get it?
