Looking great, Chris! How's your offseason diet looking like?
Im eating pretty clean, except during saturdays (cheat day)
Kinda like Palumbo offseason, with a tad less fats
meal 1 - 2 scp. P.N. Whey isolate, with 2 packs of flavored oatmeal (weekends have a omlette with hash browns at the local diner)
meal 2- 8oz. Lean sirlon steak or 90% lean ground beef, with 1 to 1.5 cups white rice or med to large potatoe (sometimes mash it up) (sour cream, light)
meal 3 - same as meal 2
meal 4 - (pre workout) 2scp. Whey Isolate, with 2 packs of flavored oatmeal
meal 5 - (post workout) 2 scp. peptopro (there smaller scoops) 50-60 grams of fast acting carbs (gatorade, sweet tarts, ect)
meal 6 - same as meal 2 and 3 (add in a vege or green salad)
meal 7 - 1 cup cottage cheese, or a few whole eggs with touch of cheese, maybe some turkey bacon
as you can see lots of red meat, just tired of chicken or turkey. pretty clean except for a dessert here and there, mostly on the weekends.
