Let's say a hypothetical trainee wanted to take 5 shots per day of a GHRH + a GHRP.
This is a typical protocol discussed on peptide forums. The only rule he is aware of, is that each shot must be spaced about 3 hours apart from the previous one.
So this trainee has decided that he would like to administer 5 shots a day... but when?
The question here is... could he obtain different results by timing the shots differently during the day?
Let's say the trainee is also eating 5 meals a day, spaced about 3-4 hours apart. For example, there are several possible options on how he could administer his 5 peptide shots per day:
A) One shot immediately before each meal
B) One shot immediately after each meal
C) One shot located about 1.5 hours between each meals
There really are no other possible options, if the trainee is injecting himself 5x a day, and eating 5x a day as well... and if each meal and each shot must be separated by 3 hours or so.
Are A, B, and C protocols equal?
Would one yield better mass gains? Would one yield more fat loss? Would one yield better health effects (less resting blood sugar, whatever)? Or are they all roughly equivalent to each other, to where it doesn't matter?
