Peptides and carbs. What's the best protocol?

You bring another point od discussion as far as HGH, some guys seem to think that you shouldn't have carbs 1 to 2 hrs before or after HGH administration. Anybody agrees? Blessings. Minister.

Yes, I always take pep's and gh fasted for about 2hrs prior. Usually first thing a.m. and prewkout, then wait the 1/2 hr for the release to complete before carb intake.
 
Jasmine rice is awesome....high glycemic...but IMO glycemic index is overrated anyway
 
I've been using honey + raisens instead of simple sugars..The honey is predigested by the bees so pases the fastest, not to mention other bennies. Simple suger is like poison with no nutritional value. Not that I avoid it completely.

Great idea, I love honey, I get honey flavored peanut butter, I am going to try that, and the fact it is better for you than sugar and it is relatively cheap is awesome! Thanks for the tip!

thanks for the tip on the honey, just used half cup ground rice (used coffee grinder), half cup oats, soem fiber powder and a serving and a half of honey, mixed with just water, I know it sounds gross not cooking the rice or oats, but it made a paste like substance, but was delicious and should be healthier with the honey instead of the sugar. I ate about half pre and finished the other post wkout and tasted so good, had to stop myself from eating all of it prewkout.
 
u need to look at what you are taking before you throw honey in after your workout. Any carbs for that matter. Carbs will blunt some peps, so depends on what you are using and when. might want to eat protein after your workout, and adds carbs in later to maximize your investment. You can still grow without immediately replenishing glycogen

thanks, yes I also eat protein about 60-70 grams post workout, the only thing I am taking post is igf des and carbs go well with that. I take ghrps as well, but not immediately post workout, I wait about an hour or so and then take, then half hour late have meal, chicken and vegatables. From what I have read seems ok to eat half hr after the ghrps shouldnt effect the peps. If you have any feedback let me know if I shoudl adjust anything, thanks for the replies! These things are so new and there is def more of an art to taking them than aas.
