I havent been on ghrp ghrh very long but I seem to have smoother skin overall. Could be from the test too though

thanks.. i know, I have started to use it less frequent to give my skin a chance to recover. I also use PRIORI skincare which contains advanced AHA to keep my skin clean an clear I love it x

Good to hear, Vit A is fat soluble so it will remain active within the skin for over 24 hours.
A hydroxy acid and an anti oxident the other nights is a perfect combo
Also its all a waste of time if you dont use a sunscreen.

I read a couple of good books on anti-aging recently one from Suzanne Somers which I know sounds gay. But the chick knows her stuff. The other one from a doc was also good. Bottom line most of the good results for our skin come from within with good eating with hydrated foods.
