You've got decent mass, your abdomen is making you look smaller than you really are. Practice holding your stomach in more while you are sitting down and introduce ab twists after every workout, you need to tighten your waist to make your shoulder LOOK wider. You cant make your shoulders that much wider just through muscle gain on them unless you're going to take HGH + IGF1 + Insulin and get freaky looking.
You look about 11% but you're holding a lot of water and have extremely poor muscle tone/tension in your mid section.
