Biggest thing I'd say would be the high fructose corn syrup and it's being unhealthy.
But as far as the effects on your insulin production don't think there is much different.
I personally like adding Coco Krispies to my post workout shake for a source of carbs , it way cheaper and delicious.
The rate at which different powdered carbs digest can cause some stomach upset in some people , I've heard that guys taking in 50-100g dextrose for the intra or post workout shake will get some nausea or gas but that doesn't happen with Vitargo or HBCD
