I think a common dosage is 150-300mg/week. Im going to start with 50mg eod.

It's pretty awesome compound. Think of it as what Resveratrol was intended to do. Res is an amazing compound as well but the bioavailability of it, especially if we're looking for drug like effects, just sucks.

Pterostilbene is a potent PPAR-alpha agonist which means it induces beta oxidation in the liver, which will aid in cholesterol control, glucose control and fat loss. It also has some powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is being studied right now for use in alzheimer's disease.

It's pretty bioavailable orally, but for those of us who just can't leave well enough alone, there are a few places offering it in a sterile solution.
