No you don't need a 100g of carbs for any dose of metformin!!! Nor will you go hypoglycemic on metformin!!! I have taken 1g doses fasted several times. Metformin alone will not cause hypoglycemia.

what the hell??? where do you come up with this 100 grams per 500 milligrams of metformin?? you extrapolate the rules of English from what little you read on the internet and then paste it in a post where it rarely has any trustworthy connection to the thread subject matter. i imagine a robotic voice at your end connection will recite the post translation in the desired language but that DOESN'T work well with pharmaceuticals taken by people on professionalmuscle.

anyone else get worn out reading this stuff - much less explaining to members the difference between a robotic translation of english devoid of substance and say good ol massive G telling you like it is?

at some future date i wish to begin a thread in the forum that states "the quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog" and am betting there will be some jumbled response mentioning raw powder connecting to it.

I'll just add that using more than 50mcg makes me go hypo. I still use it prebed when I do use it, but make sure I have some carbs in me prior.
