quad injection soreness common?

hit or miss for me, mostly painless but once in a while ill be limping a few days

wouldn't hitting a nerve hurt immediately? I couldn't feel the shot but about 8-10 hours later I couldn't bend my leg without pain

quads are one of the worst places to inject IMO

I avoid it unless my glutes are absolutely ran out of space for injects


For me, piercing my skin on the quad is painful as hell, and for some reason the skin is also difficult to pierce (very tough skin i suppose on my quads). an abundance of nerves as well, 50% of the time I do my quad injects I nick a nerve and the muscle twitches, which totally freaks me out sometimes. And then I'll hobble for a few days thereafter if I've injected a short estered compound in my legs, for some reason long acting esters like deca and eq and long acting test is fine on my quads but things like npp, tren, test p totally fucks my walking ability for a few days and makes it impossible to train legs or do leg-involved movements like deadlifts.


I fucking hate quads, yet i still do them somtimes because I am sadistic


but really, some people LOVE quads and some people can't stand them. I am on of the people in the latter for the reasons mentioned above

I tried the t400 and had no problem with it getting sore but certain things in the quad to hurt a little bit.

Quads are just damn strange for pinning. I gave up on em after being a glutton for punishment for several years. I'd get an ocasional lucky shot that I didn't have any post inj pain at all. But most the time my quads would eventually get so damn stiff and painful that I seriously stuggled to sit down to drop a deuce!

Sometimes quad inj hurt like a bitch! Sometimes they don't. Also that t400 used to be called "yellow jacket" cuz the label is black and yellow and it hurts Like a bad bee sting. Lol

I do think the virgin tissue thing is real also. Try putting 1/2 cc of winny anywhere you have never done a shot. Holy hell!!!!

I'm not giving up on quads just yet. Ill try a shorter estered compound and see if I have problems with it. if so i'll avoid quads. just trying to test different spots. The soreness has gone down considerably since yesterday. I can now bend my leg and tolerate it.
