Question on using GH and Slin...and how to stay lean

I am not sure if this has been asked before as i have not found anything to give me an answer : how the hell does one stay so lean while gaining lean body mass while using slin ? now I know GH helps as dose good gear, clen, t-3, low or no fat around the timing of slin..ect, ect..but how does one go from say 250 at 10-12% bf up to 270-275 at the same body fat or 1-2% higher while using slin ? Is it best for that 250 guy to come down to 230 at 6-7 % then start the slin and gh and go to 240-245 at a similar fat % ...then hold that for say 6 months and then blast the slin again ? so the morale of my question is it better to be as lean as possible before you start slin and gain quality mass ?? thanks
 
The leaner the better yes....i wouldn't use insulin over 12% bf.
 
bumpin for more replys...started leaning down alittle and will do this till i get down to a good 7-8 %...I would say i am about 12 % now or very close to that at 248...i figure if I diet right i shouls get down to 230-235 and atleast get to 8 % then will go to the slin and high gh....right now 60 mg var daily,350 mg of tren weekly, 200 mg of test e weekly..1 cc helios taken over the course of the day...gh at 5 ius daily. diet is 450 pro, 200-300 carbs, 50 g fat ...
 
I've wondered the same thing. Personally, I have no business using Slin, But always wondered how these guys are super lean. I'm sure it comes down to genetics, how you respond to slin, dosage, diet, what other gear your running, type of training, etc.
