I am not sure if this has been asked before as i have not found anything to give me an answer : how the hell does one stay so lean while gaining lean body mass while using slin ? now I know GH helps as dose good gear, clen, t-3, low or no fat around the timing of slin..ect, ect..but how does one go from say 250 at 10-12% bf up to 270-275 at the same body fat or 1-2% higher while using slin ? Is it best for that 250 guy to come down to 230 at 6-7 % then start the slin and gh and go to 240-245 at a similar fat % ...then hold that for say 6 months and then blast the slin again ? so the morale of my question is it better to be as lean as possible before you start slin and gain quality mass ?? thanks
