im going through a bicep injury thats been restricting me for a year and a half now. i tried taking off for months. ive tried physical therapy. Currently paying out of pocket for myofascial release.
are you familiar with myofascial release (muscle elongation) and have you tried it on stretching muscles for 120 secs minium and up to five minutes with weights?
example on biceps hold it for 3-5 minutes until you feel it melt like butter or release. if that doesnt work try another position , as a slightly different position of the hand can make a big difference
