Had my body fat tested at 3% today. I belong to Lifetime Fitness and decided to sign up for their 90 Day Transformation Challenge. Today was the last day. I've went form 20.6% to 3% in that time span. I'm in the running to win 1st prize nationwide. $10k 1st prize. The story will be up on the Lifetime Facebook page in the next couple of days and you guys get to vote on who you like to win!
