Thanks, but like most, the only time I think I look great is at the ending of a workout....Fully pumped and jacked...
Maybe I could do some pushups on the pier and curls with the anchor.lol

95 degrees this weekend. Heading to the bar on the river to jamb with a couple hundred bikers all dressed in boots, jeans and black shirts.

I'll stick with the camero, daisydukes and sandals.

It's almost like asking for trouble..lol

Busted my Ass this week pouring 5 truck loads of concrete!
Friday off, and hit the Gym, not my best as my muscles were not loaded or rested.
Still woke up at 250lbs, up 5 lbs and had a great pump....
I actually look better than ever, at least for being the end of July....

Back and Bize today.
VVX and Lita Ford at the Fest tonite,
Sunday were going to the track to play the Ponies!
Try to hit the trifecta or superfecta !!! and pay for the 5 kits..lol

Had a great weekend!
Free Beer at the Fest. Funny story, I walk up to the beer garden and the fairly to obese lady server states { you are very large} I respond: so are you!
Somehow or not she took it as a compliment and gave me and my 2 buddies free drinks the entire night! Close to 50 beers total I would think?
Had the band VVX give me a shout out, and ran into a dozen or more people I met this yr alone.

Then at the Track in the Governors room, 1st class food and open Bar I hit the Trifecta Sunday, 1st race. Paid for the rest of the days loses. then scored on 4 Cubbies tickets!
Gotta hit Wrigley Field at least once a Year!!! Go Cubbies!!!
