Settings for fortnite

Hi guys,
I was wondering if any of you could help me find the best settings for Fortnite. I am not a very experienced gamer and I own an older machine so I am kind of looking for the cheapest options to get better gaming experience. I found some advice on this page on how to get a higher FPS rate when playing Fortnite. Any thoughts?

I don't play the game, but graphics setting with everything turned down low will do it usually. If it is still low you can turn down the resolution, so even if you have a 1920 x1080 display you can set it lower. Just keep the ratio the same so it doesn't distort the picture.

Hey whats up brother.. I play Fortnite every day. What are your system specs?

Do you have 16gb of RAM? Thats a big one for the game to run smoothly. I upped from 8 to 16 and got a huge boost in smoothness.

I play all low settings and view distance on Far. Sometimes I raise post processing to medium bc I find it helps me track better in close box fights.
