should mgf be used like this

2) cycle peg mgf 4 wks after igf cycle done
3) another cycle of igf after mgf cycle done
4) do a steroid cycle

any recommendations? i have limited funds and i'm trying to get the best bang for my buck. thanks guys

I don't have a good answer, but would like to know this as well. In fact, I'm a little confused on the whole igf/mgf thing in general. I researched for quite awhile before taking the plunge on it. But now I'm hearing such different things, it's hard to know the best way!

I figure PWO is the time when natural production of MGF is at its highest, so my thoughts are that it would add to the natural spike.

You're right on juicin. However contrary to the above, do not run the two together as IGF-1 nukes (stops) MGF, proliferation.

If I might add a few suggestions?
1. If you're running MGF (non PEG), AND running IGF-1 LR3 - inj. MGF PWO, and LR3 in the eve (if your WO is in the monring) if not, then the day after in the morning.
2. If you're running MGF PEG, AND running IGF-1 LR3 - still inj. PWO, but wait til the next day to pin IGF.
3. If running only one or the other, still pin PWO, spaced by two days appart IF running LR3 or PEG. Non PEG/LR3 doesn't require EOD separation.

FYI - results seem to be better when admining large amounts of MGF, i.e. no less than 500mcg.

Yep, i've read that IGFlr3 also stops IGF production from GH. I'm very cautious when i do take it, I try to take it maybe once or twice a week, specifically on the weekends, when im not taking GH or MGF.

Good. In fact, for those who wish not to push things, it is better to keep these as far away from each other as possible. 3 days apart is perfect, but two days apart is workable (as I laid out above).
