well, after about 6 weeks of solid dieting, and losing some of my hard earned mass i got into a photo shoot of artistic porportions for a friend whom is getting into professional photography, and she wanted some body shots.. so since i took em, im sharin... here ya go fellas...

she is a fashion designer, and i had to show her clothes off... sweet jeans, and i GOT TO KEEP EM!!!!!

RC- well, i actually had been doing the UHT up until 6 weeks prior to the shoot.. then i switched to a lower weight, higher volume split for upper/lower/upper/lower for that time til the shoot...
