I have been doing magic for 18yrs. I decided to film this at the gym. The first part of the trick is slieght of hand, the second part is well a secret. Haha. I am sure everyone will enjoy it.

Doing some dips at the gym yesterday

Here is a video I filmed yesterday at the gym doing some weighted dips. I started watching the danabol 50 once a day on Monday. I got on the scale yesterday and I was up 8lbs. I do a half hour on the elliptical before lifting and I could feel it in the calves and shins. Alinshop is top notch.
