What do you think is Optimal on a blast 2LBs per week 1 lb per week
I have pretty much stalled out the last 2 weeks only gained 1 lb been blasting for 9 weeks now
Carbs are at 2x body weight Protein is a little under 2x bw I will increase to 2x bw
for 1 week so how that works if not I think it will be time to start adding fat to meals
If that dose not work I think I will take a week off from weight training and cruise for 4 weeks then up the dose by 150mg
